No chance anyone has done this before

Not only did I not realize this while pulling comps but after leaving the inspection I put these 4 comps in Garmin trip planner and started to drive away. How did I already miss comp 1? Turned around took the pic and 3 others and eventually went home. I then put these comps in Spark to load in Total and make my way to the grid. I then go to MLS to look at my comps interior pics and it hit me I feel like an air head lol. My only excuse is in McMansion land all homes look the same or I was daydreaming this is a first for me.

good lord hungover typing is not the best idea lol I thought it was the same house as the subject this is to good to delete. The back yard pool looked the same
