I am responsible for all appraisal courses at the local Real Estate School. We have gone from 20-30 per class to 0. I am thinking hard on whether we should offer any courses, pre-licensure or CE at all next year. Would appreciate any ideas on how you are able to do what you are obviously doing. We certainly are not close enough to be competitors, and I always appreciate the ideas of others.

I would be happy to speak with you, I need to get thru renewal season and do some earned fishing as I have been on the road and in the classroom for the last 15 Weeks. I am a two person show and I am responsible for writing, teaching, marketing, registering, reporting, for the school. I teach 3 professions, Real Estate, Appraising, Mortgage Broker, so busy to say the least. If its ok with you Janurary would be great.
