Non-ACI ACI problems

After about 3 months and 3 dozen tech chats, ACI has indicated that it is unable to resolve the problem that is based upon error messages, etc., every time I create, open, close a report or the ACI program. CHATGPT recently walked me through a complete Windows 11 Repair Reinstall that worked for 48 hours but I gave up when CHATGPT tried to help me address a "memory failure" or something that caused the correct repair to fail. Also, the recent ACI activity that removed my Windows Defender antivirus protection worked perfectly...but only for a couple of days. EVERY assignment is problematic. [BTW I'll probably move to SFREP soon.]

QUESTIONs:
What should I do?
If I must ask for retail vendor support, how do I explain the dozens of attempts that ACI made to solve the problem?
I can take it back to the kiosk vendor from whom I purchased the laptop USED 1 year ago but how do I explain the problem?
How do I know that the same problem won't affect SFRP?
Do I need to buy a new computer?

I don't even know who to ask but am certain that at least a few AF peers can provide advice. Thanks.

You have what, about $2,500 or more in time invested so far? You can be almost certain your problem is your machine, and you can be even more certain that you will spend more than you paid the grifter on the street corner trying to fix that hardware problem. Start with the link below.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Hard to go wrong with a Thinkpad. Only Windows laptop I'd consider other than Microsoft Surfacebook (which is just fantastic).
