:rof: i wouldn't tell anyone....:rof:

Missouri is also a nondisclosure state. Not sure why they call it the Show Me state when they can't show you the paper!

Incorrect on Kansas. An appraiser can go into the assessor's office and find not only the sales price, but also all the data influencing the sale.

Missouri is a non-disclosure state and I love it! (Partial exception for Jackson County and St. Louis County.)

They call it the Show-Me State becasue Missourians said "Show Me why the government needs this information about MY PRIVATE BUSINESS!" (And, the government really didn't have any good answer.) The rest of you should get a clue.

Kansas is a 'semi-non-disclosure' state.

Certified and Licensed Appraisers, have always been able to access not only the sales, but also the Sales Validation Questionnaires, which are signed under threat of perjury and purport to disclose all details of the sale.

Property owners in the process of protesting their taxes, have always been able to access sales of comparable properties.

And since June 1 thanks to House Bill 2735(?) Realtors® can also get all of the above... so they can provide lower cost 'services' to :new_2gunsfiring_v1: lenders and their NORMAL clients:glare:
