Non payment from an Illinois Bank

Hello,

I did a deal from Midland States Bank in Effingham and am getting the runaround on payment.

If push comes to shove who would I report them to in Illinois to "expedite"
the process? Who regulates the banks? Thanks.

You have to watch those effin banks

I filed a complaint against a bank one time and I think I went to the FDIC website and they had links to other regulating authorities. It is a little difficult to find out who regulates them because there are so many different types of operational structures that it's sometimes take awhile to find the proper regulator.
