I Use Boma For Office Operating Expense Data----is There Any Source Similiar For Warehouse/flex/industrial Properties Along Time Ago Use To Be Naiop But They Quit Putting A Report For Industrial Operating Expenses?? Anyone Know Of Other Source For Industrial Type Properties??

Operating Expense standards for industrial properties

You sure NAOIP's annual "Industrial Income and Expense" survey (NAIOP) is gone? Like BOMA and IREM, it runs a year or two behind and consists of "volunteer" particiants, but at least it'll give you trends, typical ratios and inc/exp categories... A reality check. Last report I saw was 2007; sounds about right for the lag to me.

I could not find a report later than 2001-2002

Could you send me the name of your latest report?

Naiop

"NAIOP 2007-2008 Industrial Income and Expense Survey"; runs about $80 for the PDF. National Association of Industrial Office Parks.

Here's good link from the Journal of Real Estate Research:

This has a summary of experience data annual surveys and other good stuff.
