I still have not been paid by Ofori and Associates for HUD REO assignments going back to November 2010. From what I read on the internet, most appraiser's are having a tough time getting paid. I checked with the Midwestern HUD office and got a contact #. Anyone with deliquent bills might try calling Mr. Ralph Jackson at HUD. 678 - 732 - 2153. He is the director of the HUD REO department. I also have a # for the Chicago HUD office, 312 353 6236.

As a side note, I have never received the required State of Illinois AMC letter from them. We did receive the letter from the other HUD REO agent, HomeTelos. I guess anyone who works for them from this point on runs the risk of getting in trouble from State.
