I'm looking for older MLS data (books/microfiche) and am willing to pay for it. I have a date of death with an effective date in 1987 and the property is located in Alhambra.

The Board of Realtors office should have a library of those. You might call them and ask.

Do you have a public records tab in your MLS? If you do, then try searching there.
