Zoning maps and land ordinances for all 21 NJ counties. Anyone interested in sharing cost?

Don't forget to check out "generalcode.com"---includes regulations and (small) zoning maps for a number of Townships/Boroughs/Towns within the State. Best of all, its free.

Also you can check "clerkshq.com/default.ashx" (free website) for more towns in addition to towns covered by generalcode.
Ordinance.com allows you to buy an access for 24 hours or one months. I haven't used them for a while but before I was able to download and save town information (maps, ordinances, etc) for counties I work in. The negative side that this will be static information however it can be cross referenced and updated through other sources like websites above or just by getting one day access to ordinance.com

thanx vla. More and more municipalities have their zoning maps on their websites which is great.
