OREP offered an hour long presentation for OREP members by Richard Hagar that discusses using regression to determine adjustments. It's pretty good. I cannot share the webinar, but OREP offers a CE class of 4 hours that expands upon subject. It would be a very good way to support your adjustments graphically.
