Other than AgWare?

If you are doing agricultural appraisals, are you using anything besides AgWare? We are evaluating our software requirements and double checking what's available in the ag appraisal space for appraisal software.

I do my own templates using Word Perfect. I don't use software, but I did look at the Agware package once and was unimpressed. If required however, I think Agware is about the only one other than to modify another report writing software.
