I am trying to find someone with a little more information on:

Mt. Pleasant, MI
I have found listing data (asking cap, NOI) - and a sale occurred 8/2016 - but have yet to find a sale price. If anyone has the Sale Price, or Broker info - it'd be greatly appreciated as I am trying to develop this comp.
