Federal Fair Lending regulations. Has been around since the 80's. bank reviewers search for anything that can be considered racial, and that specifically includes people in photos, or photographs of a room that has photos of people. Anything that identifies race of a neighborhood, borrower is verboten. It can also include religious icons, pictures of Pit Bulls in the home, etc. I have even seen a request to blur out prints of classic paintings because they can be interpreted as a violation. Very bad impact on the bank if they violate these regulations.Where do you get this nonsense about blurring images and trying to keep people out of photos? Please share.
