People In Photos

Where do you get this nonsense about blurring images and trying to keep people out of photos? Please share.
Federal Fair Lending regulations. Has been around since the 80's. bank reviewers search for anything that can be considered racial, and that specifically includes people in photos, or photographs of a room that has photos of people. Anything that identifies race of a neighborhood, borrower is verboten. It can also include religious icons, pictures of Pit Bulls in the home, etc. I have even seen a request to blur out prints of classic paintings because they can be interpreted as a violation. Very bad impact on the bank if they violate these regulations.

if my neighbor had one, I'd never get past his pasture.
This one has his own air-conditioned stall and I think it has TV and internet too.. :) Anyway he has his own Facebook page

This is the horse.

I thought your first sentence referred to the rider............

These horses are the Veronica Lake of the 4-legged world.
