I did three total for her. The first two were COD, the last was to be billed. Billing didnt go so well.
However, even if the third had also been COD, there wouldnt have been a fourth.....ever

I don't do MB work any more so, I really can't comment. I fired all of them about 8 - 10 years ago. Too much pressure and I didn't like them not wanting to pay me when the loan didn't go through.
