Was wondering about Pinhills in Plymouth, MA. Has anyone appraised a 55 and over unit? Wondering if it goes on a single family form or a condo form. Pinehills seems to be a bit of both. Thanks ahead of time for your input. Was always curious how they got appraised.

Hi Kathleen, did you pull the deed? That will tell you exactly what you are dealing with. Could be a free standing condo or a PUD ( owes DEEDED land plus share in common land). I would think you will have neighborhood sales. Some lenders want to know if the deed restriction survives foreclosure, may want to clarify that. Happy hunting...
