Find an administrative lawyer. Is this a FNMA complaint? They are loading the boards down with complaints. Contact Mark "Skap" Skapinetz in GA, he is admin of 100% Real Estate Appraisers on Facebook.

I strongly suggest that you contact your E&O carrier and follow their direction(s). Your carrier will also have their own attorney(s) who specialize and a list of independent attorneys that specialize in appraisal related matters. At a minimum find an attorney who specializes in Appraisal related matters....whether in Georgia or not.
