Poor Pitiful Pichur

Pichur, subject of the Joplin Globe thread below was blown away May 10th. At least 6 dead and over 120 injured. The buyout proceeding had lowered the population and thus hopefully means that fewer people died than might have. It is devastating and I really feel sorry for those people. Their lives are upside down, the property values in the tank, and some at retirement age are uprooted, poor and bound to become poorer.
