I was wrong about PAREA, but in my defense the Appraisal Institute screwed that up so bad it may never recover. But the future is the Practicum courses and the licensing of those courses to AMCs and education providers. See below, the future of appraiser training is here (with a bunch of help from fed and state grant money):

Become an Appraisal Trainee, make millions, be a 'culture driver' (just like college indoctrinated you to be)!

What to expect:

  • All training and licensing costs will be paid by the company.

No attention to detail, no analytical skills, just have a degree and be a workhorse who is "flexible." I'm guessing flexible means unethical. Be a culture driver rather than doing a good job. Sounds like a typical scammer.

Who else has gotten spammed by RSDS? They want supervisors to sit in the office and sign off on reports. They also want your client list.

Yep, I keep receiving text messages from them, despite a lawsuit in Florida by an appraiser against them.
