Because Texas is a non-disclosure state, I have a lot of "Tax records indicate a deed transaction for an undisclosed amount on XX/XX/XXXX from AA to BB for the subject lot, etc."

So are 11 other states. What does that have to do with reporting prior transfers? I didn't have any problems during the 10 years I worked in Texas. Still don't see the issue
