I am having problems with a disto D810. I bought one about 8-10 months ago, it worked great for a few months, then it started to have some issues with connectivity. Sometimes it would show connected but wouldn't send the measurement, sometimes it would just quit sending measurements in the middle of an inspection, and sometimes it would work perfectly.
I thought it might be the Ipad (I use a first generation mini), so I synced it to a different ipad. Same issues.
I sent it back to leica for repair and they sent me a new one. Before I sent it, I bought a e7100i to use in the mean time. The e7100i works perfectly. They sent me a replacement d810 that has the same issues in the wintotal app.
Am I the only one having this issue? Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I know its not a problem with the ipad and I am getting the same issues with a different d810. I have spoken with leica about it and they can't seem to figure it out. It does the same thing in the leica disto app as it does in the total app.
