We use Spark to add data to our appraisal software. So this pertains to that .
1. Add comps to Spark and create the resulting .rpti file.
2. Go to Appraise-It Pro:
- Click Home, Import Comparables.
- go to your work file and add the recently created Spark file.
- make sure to uncheck "overwrite existing comps"
- make sure "Include adjustments" is checked.
- click "Import"
Next i will try to find an efficient way to look at a group of 12'ish comps and move them around effortlessly......this software is not the most user friendly it turns out. What the heck is up with that sketch-it software....dear God.
