Property Data Collectors Anyone getting asked for this

With FNMA and FHA ordering some many appraisal waviers and using property data collectors, who is doing these inspections. Realtors. Have any appraisers been asked and what are they paying for a inspection. Do they have to provide a floor plan. Just curious.
