I have been using First American Real Estate Solutions for comps and property data along with MLS. Just curious as to other data service providers, reliability, accuracy, costs, etc. Thanks for any info.

Pretty much a locational thing there Bennett ... and since you don't list yours ... gonna be pretty hard to help ...

In TN, CRS is about the only reliable source we have ... MLS here is completely unreliable and I refuse to use it as a singular source for sale confirmations.

Doug - out here, CRS means "can't remember $h_t"!

Out here is means "Courthouse Retrieval Service" ... We are tapped in to every courthouse in the state and some counties even provide deeds online ... we get tax cards with footprints, tax maps, flood maps, radius sale searches, comp selections by subject criteria ... the whole ball of wax .... covers all of TN + southern KY and Northern sections of Alabama, Mississippi and NW Georgia .... price is horribly reasonable and the data is almost always current ... ;)
