Has anyone noticed that if Quick Source is turned off there may be more peer information available than when it is turned on? I used Quick Source and there was only 1 peer's data for one comp. When I turned off Quick Source there was multiple peer's data for all comps? Any ideas why?

Thank you

Quick Source is not ready for prime time. I cannot believe that they expect appraisers to pay for correcting their (CoreLogics) flawed data base.

At least include it for free with elite until it works properly.

AlaMode has discounted Quick Source for elite subscribers down to $299 for the first year.

Have they improved it any since the beginning of the year?

Empty promises?

Don't want it, don't care. I don't want to see other appraiser's faulty data.
