I showed up at a house to appraise and I think it is a man home it has a tag on back, but can't hardly read it. It had a tag with RAD 294674. Is that similar to a HUD tag#?

I have done a couple Man homes but everything was easy, where it was supposed to be, and this was ordered as a drive by? I want to be 100% on man vs. mod

any help would be great

Hmmm, I'd certainly try to convert this to a full inspection.

RAD indictes it is indeed a manufactured home. RADCO is a professional engineering firm that verified construction to the HUD Code.

You can't do a drive-by on a manufactured house for a conventional loan.

Thanks Greg,

I just wanted to make sure it was before I go back and throw them (my client) into a frenzy. This has been sold on MLS twice with complete listing that make no mention of man. home.

Thanks

John

Which is probably why they want a drive-by. <_<
