Mortgage rates broke through the 6% mark last week and finally going the right way. Hopefully we can see a Spring Decline into that magical 5.5% range which should give the apprasers a much needed Spring Pop in business volume.

Last month I got a 5.97%, at par (MB company ate a point) for 30-years. There was a time when I was mortgage free, but changes in tax law and wanting to do some real estate projects, have pushed me into doing silly mortgages, using other people's money.
