The best way to get the credits are to take CLEP exams. All you do is take a test and if you pass then you get the college credit. There is also a website called straighterline.com where you can take the classes online. I know several people who have used both with great success.
Easiest and least expensive way to start earning a degree is via Community College, then to transfer and complete the last two years at a four-year institution. If you plan to continue appraising, why not major in finance and minor in business administration-both courses of study should come in handy.![]()
thanks caligirl, i plan on doing something that slowly. I would like to get into commercial appraising as well, and i figure a college degree wouldn't help. I think i'm going to go the clep route, and then i'm going to transfer them to a university.
Not even gonna go there.
