Reaction To Coester Suit Against VA Appraisal Board

As an Appraiser in VA I am incensed at Coester's suit against the Virginia Appraisal Board. I am curious to know if anyone at VCAP, or anyone in general is drafting a letter to AG Marc Herring? Here is a company that has basically admitted to paying less than customary and reasonable fees, yet has the audacity to file a ridiculous law suit. I think we as Appraisers need to stand behind our Board. I hope Mr. Herring sees this lawsuit for what it is and fights it with everything he's got. I am drafting a letter of my own, but was curious if anyone else is.

Antitrust law is pretty clear too and with due diligence through investigation of HUD-1"s and his personal business records, the defendant would have enough to do major damage to the system, which would benefit the public.
