I am doing review work for a client that has provided RealQuest pro. I can log in to the site but when I go to do a search I get caught in "processing please wait". Unfortunately that is as far as I get.

Spent all day with tech support and they don't know. Has anyone here experienced this problem?

I just logged into RealQuest Pro with no problems, but I would think that tech support would have gotten you in. My suggestions would have been the same as theirs change your firewall settings and your anti-virus and spam settings. Make sure your internet options are set to trust the website and that http in the web address is not https. I'm running XP on a cable internet connection with BrightHouse. It's a long shot but I know that there has been instances where the internet service providers system (don't know who you have in Tampa) has blocked connecting to a web site. You may want to call them and ask. Good luck.
