I was watching WBIR the other day and saw an interview of a local Realtor. Her name is Suzy Trotta with Caldwell Wallace and Wallace. She has an excellent and informative website. By this I mean not your standard Realtor template. She provides good stats and has polls. I highly recommend checking it out and bookmarking it.
