Anyone using this? NAR members...some say that agents are pre-appraising property with this tool to challenge appraisals. It is better than I expected.

It sometimes has data the MLS does not since they get assessor downloads. However, their search parameters make using it almost impossible in a rural area.
I like the polygon search where I can define the search territory, drawing area around a lake or rural areas outside of cities.
