Reciprocity - Virginia, Maryland, DC to NJ

Did some reading over the weekend about the reciprocity of appraiser licenses and wow, what a lot of stuff that has come before this. I did not see the answer to my exact question, but if it was in there, then I'm sorry for the extra post.

Two questions really:

1) Is there a site somewhere that shows which states have reciprocity towards which other states? That would be useful if it existed.

2) Does anyone know with any certainty whether or not Virginia, Maryland, or DC have reciprocity with New Jersey? That is, does an appraiser friend of mine who is moving here from New Jersey have to first become a Virginia trainee and start over?

I am licensed in another state and wish to get licensed in Virginia. Can I
apply through reciprocity?

Answer:

Yes. Applicants must have met educational, experience and examination
requirements that are substantially equivalent to those required in Virginia and
submit letters of certification from other jurisdictions where licensed.
