This is Colorado's policy,

Reciprocity with other states: Colorado may accept a person licensed or certified in another state at the equivalent Colorado level if the other states requirements are consistent with those set by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of The Appraisal Foundation. Colorado does not accept temporary, trainee, apprentice, or transitional licenses for reciprocity at any level. Reciprocity applicants must complete a special application, pay the fees and submit a current license history letter or certificate of good standing from the other state. Examination, proof of education and review of experience are not required as these matters were previously handled by the other state.

However, you have to call the Appraisal Board if you want more information on which State's have a Reciprocity policy with Colorado. I was just wondering if there is a list with all the State's listed.

Ron - There is no "master list" of every state's reciprocity with all others that I am aware of but I think that you can go to the state boards' web sites to find out what you seem to be asking - if you find such a "master "list, please let us know where it is.

Thanx,
Oregon Doug

Ron, it looks like the Colorado BOREA does not have reciprocity with any other state.
I am licensed/certified in another state but I want to appraise property in Colorado. How can I become licensed in Colorado?
An appraiser who resides in Colorado or another state and is licensed or certified* in another state** may become licensed or certified in Colorado without meeting education and examination requirements. Complete an Application for Licensure or Certification as a Colorado Real Estate Appraiser through Endorsement or Reciprocity. You must submit a current certificate of license history from your current or last state of residency with your application.
*Registered or provisional appraisers from other states may not apply for registration, licensure, or certification in Colorado through endorsement or reciprocity.
**Licensed appraisers in Illinois and all appraisers in Oklahoma may not apply for licensure through endorsement or reciprocity. Certified appraisers from Illinois may apply through endorsement or reciprocity.

From the AF's website, regarding their Appraiser's Sourcebook...

This publication was created as a reference guide to be utilized by state regulatory agencies, real property appraisers, instructors, appraiser associations, and users of appraisal services. It contains a State Agency Directory listing basic contact information and regulatory information regarding temporary practice, reciprocity and education. In addition, it provides an in-depth study of the history of appraisal regulation within the U.S.

I do not have the book, and thus cannot comment on it's applicability or depth of content. Hopefully someone will find this helpful. The book is $20 plus shipping.
