I've just become aware of the MLS search application AVE by Red Bell Real Estate and am considering making use of it in our correspondent and retail divisions. Do any of you have experience with the app that you care to share?

if it's the same one I'm thinking of, it's a search through the MLS for the area the property is located. The same data you have through the same MLS they belong to.

> Thanks for the input. We buy residential loans all over the country so access to MLS in every corner is something we could use. Any experience with the app's functionality? Is the data reliable and reasonably complete? Is it prone to stalls or falling offline?

i'm just guessing but i don't think you will find much feedback on it here. the typical appraiser has MLS access in the areas they cover and has no need to a nation-wide MLS.

I suspect you're right. I've just rejoined the Forum after many years absence and was hoping for some feedback from appraisers in multi-state operations. The Red Bell app is definitely not for someone working a single-MLS market area. Thanks for the input ~

No, thanks. If it was a '59 Les Paul Goldtop I'd consider it but I'm not a bike guy - just appreciate the art.

sorry, but i will never let go of my 57 les paul special (in tv yellow). still have the original receipt and the original amp ($357 for both w/ alligator case and the hokey "learn to play guitar" books).

well i suppose i should never say never. one day i will sell it to fund my year long cruise around the world when i retire.
