Rehab Facility

Hi all, My secretary yelled out yesterday, "Scott, the Drug and Alcohol people are on the phone." Everybody in the office looked at me kind of funny. It's not what you think.....I completed an "as is" appraisal last year on a industrial building that was purchased for the pupose of converting the building to a rehab facility. The conversion is now complete. Anybody out there have an experience in appraising this type of property? I'm trying to get the names of several appraisers who specializes in this type of property and refer them to the client. If anybody knows of an appraiser who has appraised this type of property in the Los Angeles area you can post their name and contact me via e-mail.
