Hi all!

I'm trying to see what type of comments all you relocation appraisers put in your reports.
Would anybody be willing to share an example of a relocation appraisal with me?

RELO Appraisals

Hi Jen,

I suggest you look at the post "Suggestions for picking best RELO Appraiser" by Doug Watson.
There are numerous appraisers here who complete RELO appraisals.
One of these appraisers might be able to help you with some suggestions.
Best of luck!

I try my best to avoid sharing "sample comments".

Each situation is unique. Each appraiser is required to explain (following analysis) certain particulars based upon the specifics at hand.

I've read many appraisal reports where it was evident to me that the many of the appraiser's comments, though nicely written, weren't all that relevant to the particulars of the assignment.

I'm actually writing my 1st RELO as an approval sample this month, I think I might do my house or the neighbor, should I dare post it on the Forum. I'm a tempermental person, any negative criticizm from a "know it all" may put me over the edge.

Nevermind I don't wnat anyone stealing my format/template, it has happend twice already

Well thanks guys. I have been following the thread for picking a RELO appraiser, good reading as most things on this site.

George,
Thanks for the link. I took the class a year ago (oops, don't lambaste me about experience please) and I probably have a copy of one in the piles of paper work in the corner of my office. I have a good friend who will be reviewing it for me who has done relo's before.

jnordquist,

Don't post it on the site. Email it if you are ok with that, just delete the address and all that stuff.

Let me know how it goes!

Yes, thanks. I'm doing the updated one.
