Rent schedule question

What form(s) should I use to do a stand-alone rent schedule for an income property? I've only ever done it as part of a full appraisal. Help! Thanks!

With significant addenda. . Remember, communicating an opinion of market rent is an appraisal report. So, one needs all the things presented in STD 2 for the applicable report type (i.e. intended use, intended user, cents, etc etc)

Not a big deal when done as an addendum to a main report. Bit of a PITA when done as a stand alone.
