What are the proper forms used in a land appraisal, have not done one in years. Thank you.

wintotal report is land(y2k) go to your add/delete forms, hit search and enter land y2k and you should have it.

That Land form was designed by Henry Harrison years ago, and he put it in the public domain.

We use the "Land" form in Wintotal Alamode. BUT our clients also require the additional form "FIRREA/USPAP ADDENDUM". The reason I'm told is that the land form was not updated when the new forms came out in 03/05 that expanded intended user.

I use the GP land form in Alamode. Not too bad and better than the old one.

The vacant land report is not a FNMA form because FNMA does not purchase loans on vacant land. There is no FNMA vacant land report. The vacant land report we commonly use is dated 1996 or there abouts. Yes there is a y2k form which is basically the same and is also acceptable for most lenders.
Same old form - has not changed in well over 10 yrs. I would attach the old 1004B certification. Lenders still need FNMA guidelines/comments and still need 3 yr sale history per USPAP and 1 yr history on comps (even though 1 yr comps is not a USPAP requirement, lenders want the FNMA 1 yr comps history req satisfied).
