Reviewer wants comps outside city

Were their comps higher or lower. Comps from a different city, that's a new one for me. Are they closer or farther. If farther, there is your answer. If by chance you used their comps, they could send your original appraisal to the state. Citi used to do that.

Your comps come from a different city stigmatized by crime, drugs, and outdoor neighbors. My comps are from safer city. yuk yuk yuk.
The comps you picked look cherry picked, to bring in a lower value

Dear client, you is now scratched off my list.
I am not that brass. I am used to people trying to sway things. But I know the markets I work and real property rights AND mv DEFINITION.
 
I gave up being sarcastic on lenders stips long ago. Just change the reality of what they are asking to woke reality. Here, we are not talking about property rights, we are talking about external obsolescence. The big difference in my neighborhood and the one next to me is the drug dealings. That is extern obsol, just like a toxic dump site next door.

Thank you for YOUR selection of 'sales' from a totally different city. However, I was requested to appraise a home in zzz city, not zzz city.
Is that kinda kinder remark. Will probable loss that client anyway.
