Hello all,

My name is Casandra Stewart. I just recently (12/30/14 to be exact) passed the state exam for my appraiser certification... by the hair of my chinny-chin-chin. So here I am, finally posting something on this forum, whereas before I felt like too much of an appraiser-poser. I had no idea if I was going to make the January 1, 2015 deadline, and I am thrilled to say that I did and will be continuing my career doing the one thing I love: appraising.

I look forward to talking to and learning from people of all ranges of experience!
