My name is Wyatt Darien, I am an active apartment agent in San Diego and specialize in New Construction and ADU sales. Our team has sold the only 5+ unit bonus ADU project in San Diego and we are currently selling 4 others (100% of the active market share). I have appraisers reach out to me all the time to request data and info on projects that our team has worked on. I figured I would open up the conversation to see if I can be a resource for others as I have seen a number of posts I could provide feedback on. I tried that but the packages we have are too large to attach to a post. Additionally, we like to keep the data "confidential" due to the amount of time and effort it took to assemble, we are happy to share it outside of the local brokerage community.
