I am looking for someone to partner with inthe San Diego area because recent personal events have made it difficult for me to work the hours and have the availablility I used to. I have a long standing client base that I don't want to dissapoint or send elsewhere, so I am seeking a competent, experienced appraiser to work with.
I am looking for someone who is fully licensed and/or certified (no trainees) who might want to augment their existing business with some extra work through me.
I am hoping to find someone with strong experience in the San Diego county area and someone who is highly professional when dealing with clients and homeowners as well as thorough and honest in their report development.
Essentially, the person I would work with would be an independent contractor with his/her own office, data sources, MLS access, etc. and I would give orders to him/her for a percentage/split- OR I would also be willing to do the data entry for a higher percentage/split.
