Hi all! I used to be somewhat active on this forum, then dropped out. Looking forward to participating.
By way of introduction/re-introduction: I'm John Karnes. I own J M Karnes & Associates / Dockins Valuation Company in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. But I also appraise a lot of Investment Grade / Triple Net properties in over 10 states (primarily southeastern US, but also in other areas). I'll be happy to help in any way I can.
