I probably shoudn't be surprised. This is how easily being blacklisted and sued can be. http://www.workingre.com/workingre/chase-challenges-USPAP-page.html

Banksters = Gangsters

Chase is clearly using Strong-Arm tactics.
I'm amazed that no one on the Federal level,
especially the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
(CFPB), has anything to say. Perhaps the OCC will save the day?

At this point in the cycle, after the last melt-down (S&L Crisis),
I've read that 1,000 people in banking/financial community were arrested, tried & convicted.
So far, during this Administration, I can remember Bernie Madoff going to jail, and no one else.
Is my memory that bad?, ........or is it that good?
If it's that good, just who is in bed with who, and why isn't the media on top of it all?
Humm Banksters, Gangsters, "You-have-to-pass-it-before-you-can-find-out-what's-in-it!" Politicians, bought & paid for Media, all we need now is rioting in the streets, and maybe a "revolt" by the Military.

Regulations are like taxes-they are only for the 99%.

If "banking" includes mortgage brokers, loan officers and their co-conspirators then the 1,000 might be true. Add in the appraisers involved and real estate brokers and I have no doubt.
