Scheduling appointments

I look at the due date first.
Ah, the joy of telling your clients how long it will take and when to expect the report, then delivering it a day early. If I am going to be late they know at least two days ahead. Today I turn in the second report of a 2 property assignment that I accepted March 9 and said by the end of the month. But I also had to find comps and one was almost 300 miles away, 2 were over 60 miles away. Commercial and farm reports are just a different animal.

Great opportunity here for you.

Have your spouse schedule your appointments for a week. If her system doesn’t work, you didn’t have to schedule for a week, and your spouse felt heard. Win-win. If her system works, win-win-win and maybe you can get her to do it permanently WIN!
I did! During the pandemic when I was going crazy, she scheduled the appointments. She knows how annoying some people are. It was funny in that she always told them I would be meeting them yet, there would still be people telling me, "oh, I was expecting a woman"!

Our MLS has a scheduling page that shows the times you can sched it. It notifies the broker or owner, then i get back their confirmation and way to get in.
That is a nice system (ShowingTime) for properties on the MLS.

As for non-MLS properties, I'm still nearly batting 1,000 with my two time options. :)

I missed the good ole days when I be getting like 2-3 orders a day to do.
I hit the jackpot when I have two orders in same neighborhood and then I can "force" inspection times within 1-2 hours from each other.
