I am currently looking for some feedback on a good school or courses for Heavy Equipment and Machinery Appraisals. I can only find a few online in searches, but I know there are more then that out there. I am also wanting feedback from those of you who attended those schools or courses on what your overall feelings were about them. Did they seem to help? Are you currently active in that market? Please let me know and thank you all in advance for your knowledge, advice and answers.

Check out www.Appraisers.org, the ASA's web site. Look up the course in the Machinery & Equipment specialty, and check out the required course work for an M&E ASA designation for the foundational course work on this topic.

There are several members of the Akron/Cleveland ASA Chapter who special in this field.

Good advice. The ASA is also a great organization if you aspire to any appraisal work other than real property.

I'll add my "amen" to the good advice above regarding the source for educational offerings.
