Im looking for a commercial appraiser to mentor me in this field. I hold a residential license, have my own company and have been appraising for approximately 5 years. I also have a B.A. in communication with emphasis in advertising. Some of my residential clients i work with also do commercial loans so i will bring something to the table. I have performed 1 commercial appraisal, so my experience is limited, but i do know what is involved.
