I just paid $468

Unlike our fees!
Yeah. I have just got Silver membership. No frills. Some pay way more than that a year.

I don't even have phone support on weekends if I need it. They have like chat now I think but I haven't had to use it lately. I am happy with the way it works. I am just not happy with the price right before Christmas.

I have the silver plan as well, I wasn't knocking the price of Total. Rather, the cost of everything seems to be going up these days. I think the silver membership is a decent price as compared to some of the other providers for what the software provides. I wish some of the newer bells and whistles were included, like gathering the assessor data but I probably still go verify it on my own anyway. But I know what you mean, the bill that I hate coming would be my yearend MLS bill.

Yeah, I can't remember what I first paid years ago for silver. I want to say it was around $200 to $300 a year. They used to give like discount codes too just on the basic silver plan. Like $50 off if you renew by this date. I don't remember the coupon amounts.

If you let it expire, your toast until you pay the bill. My MLS is way more than yours. MLS will shut you down quick too locally if you don't pay the bill.

Last year, the price increase was too high. Terrible.
At least this year, they didn't increase the price.

Silver used to be $349.00, for a LONG time.

We are going to have to start filling out these forms with a pen.

Felt like I paid $300 not long ago. Then the big price increase when appraisers were hurting past few years.
