First time I have a contract in which Seller's printed name is not on the contract.
I see an unreadable scrabble as a signature.
Is this acceptable to Fannie Mae?
To me the listing agent was lazy in not writing the sellers' name or was that on purpose?

Analyze the contract and summarize your findings.
Of course, I'll state what I see in the contract.
Is it my obligation to ask for contract (new?) with printed seller's name.
Without that I can't see it as legal contract.

It is your obligation to report your analysis of the contract.

My license coming up for renewal next month.
Need to find a company online and get my education hours. Hopefully business slows down end of month so I can study.

Just report what you have-illegible name on contract. of course if you want to keep your client, give them a heads up that the name is illegible, they might get a better one for you.. Is your question is it a fully executed contract if one of the names in illegible? I have no idea.

I report what I see. Check box, fill in blanks, comment if needed.
They can sign with an X for all I care.

1004 asked if seller the owner of the public record. I don't even have a seller name to comment on that.
