We got $300 at the first office I worked with. The others were non-residential and varied but in 1992 a poultry farm appraisal was $1800, today it's about $1800 to $2500 with exceptions. The really large farms run up to $5000 most between 3-4k.

$650 is about the average fee I've been getting. Several months ago it was around $575 but with the refi boom and pandemic, I have increased my fees.
I'm getting some over $700. Best time to do appraisals now. Usually winter season slows down with demand. Good time to slow down with expectation of 2nd Covid wave.
